Live in EdushadeEducator Panel

Everything an educator needs,on the same shell as the admin

Edushade does not split educators off into a stripped-down side app. Instructors sign in to the same /admin shell as the platform team, and the sidebar surfaces exactly what they need to teach: programs they own, the learners enrolled in them, grading queues, the booking surface, the communication and notification stack, and the course-analytics charts that go with their work. One product, one URL, one source of truth — scoped by role.

Quick Tour·Educator Panel

What the educator role unlocks, end to end

Every sidebar item Edushade ships is gated by both `requireRoles` and `requirePermissions`. The instructor role surfaces a deliberate subset — the parts of the platform that map to teaching — and hides the parts that belong to the platform team. The sections below are exactly what an instructor sees in their menu today.

Course, Path & Quiz Authoring

Build Courses, Learning Paths and Quizzes from the same Resources menu admins use — full create flows, curriculum trees, drip rules, certificates and the seven lesson types.

Cohorts, Enrollments & Learners

Run cohort batches under your courses, see every enrolled learner per program, manage their progress and act on the same Enrollments list the admin sees.

Grading Hub & Submissions

The Grading menu opens the platform-wide grading hub — programs, exam terms and a submissions queue — so instructors grade in one place across every course they own.

Live Bookings & Meeting Plans

Create Meeting Plans and run Meeting Schedules under the Booking menu — coaching calls, mentor sessions and office hours, with the same calendar sync admins set up.

Discussion, Noticeboard & Notifications

Post discussions, publish noticeboard items with priority and read tracking, and manage notification campaigns within the scope of the cohorts and courses they run.

Course Analytics & Performance

Open Analytics → Course Analytics, Enrollment Trends and Course Performance — the same charts the admin sees, scoped to programs the instructor is on.

Same shell, sharper focus

Educators sign in at /admin and land on the dashboard the platform ships — greeting, Quick Actions, System Metrics, the course analytics chart, recent notices and enrollments, learning stats and a top-learners leaderboard. The sidebar groups everything under the same seven headings as the admin (Dashboard, Analytics, Resources, Sales, Booking, Communication, Platform), but the items inside resolve to a teaching-scoped subset because the platform's RBAC gates each one.

  • Sign in at /admin and the same dashboard renders, role-scoped

  • Sidebar groups: Dashboard, Analytics, Resources, Sales, Booking, Communication, Platform

  • Quick Actions and System Metrics widgets ship as part of the shell

  • Items the educator does not own are hidden, not greyed out

Dashboard

Authoring that mirrors how lessons are taught

Open Resources → Courses to launch the curriculum builder — sections on the outside, lessons / quizzes / assignments / files on the inside, drag-to-reorder, and the seven lesson types ship with the right player out of the box. Learning Paths bundle courses into journeys with prerequisites. Quizzes carry attempts, time limits, randomised order, optional security knobs and merit lists. Assignments accept text, files or quizzes. Certificates auto-issue when a learner clears the passing grade.

  • Curriculum tree with sections, lessons, quizzes, assignments and files

  • Seven lesson types: video, live, audio, text, PDF, embed, iframe

  • Drip and unlock rules per item, including per-learner overrides

  • Auto-issued certificates with unique numbers and verification codes

Dashboard

Run the cohort, grade the work, talk to the room

Cohorts attached to a course let an educator run a real batch — start and end dates, weekly schedule, max seats — and the Enrollments list under Sales surfaces every learner across every program they teach. The Grading hub at /admin/settings/grading queues up assignment submissions across courses so grading is one place, not buried per-lesson. Discussion, Noticeboard and Notification under Communication keep the cohort moving without a separate tool.

  • Cohorts with dates, schedule, capacity and enrolled learners

  • Enrollments list across every program the educator owns

  • Grading hub with programs, exam terms and a submissions queue

  • Discussion, Noticeboard and Notification, in the educator's scope

Dashboard

Coaching, office hours and one-on-ones — built in

The Booking menu under the educator's sidebar exposes Meeting Plans and Meeting Schedules — the same Calendly-style booking system that powers paid coaching sessions, group meetings and request-based approvals. Connect Google Calendar and Zoom from the platform Integrations (admin-set), and every booking lands on the educator's calendar with the right join link and the right notifications attached.

  • Bookable Meeting Plans with availability, mediums and policies

  • Meeting Schedules dashboard for incoming and confirmed bookings

  • Group, request-based and paid sessions on the same model

  • Course Analytics, Enrollment Trends and Course Performance for review

Dashboard

From a new instructor account to a running program

Edushade does not require a separate onboarding for educators. Once the admin invites a user with the instructor role, every step below happens inside the same /admin shell.

1Step
Admin dashboard rendered for an instructor — greeting, quick actions, system metrics, analytics chart

Sign in at /admin and pick up the shell

The same admin URL, the same dashboard. Greeting at the top, Quick Actions, System Metrics, course analytics in the main column, learning stats and the top-learners leaderboard in the right rail.

2Step
Curriculum builder with sections, mixed item types and drip rules

Build a course or pick up an existing one

Open Resources → Courses. Create the shell, drop sections in, mix lesson types, set drip rules, add quizzes and assignments. Bundle courses into a Learning Path. Set up cohorts with dates and capacity.

3Step
Enrollments list with a grading queue and a course analytics chart visible

Run the cohort and watch what matters

Open Enrollments to see every learner. Grade in the Grading hub. Post a notice from Communication. Open Course Analytics for the chart. Take coaching calls through Meeting Plans — same panel, same week.
